How to begin Photoshop?

How should I start in Photoshop? I really have no idea what I'm doing, and Its so confusing. Does anyone know of a good place to start, or maybe a site with allot of beginner tutorials.

Doesn't load for me cause the owner said that it might not work for a couple of days... So ya have to wait till it works again.

I began learning by going to this site http://pixelfx.org it does shoe beginner stuff there.
