I have a website http://www.asiatourismtravel.net, this site is my revenue I add google adsense so I can make money online with it.

Well you should change the color of the Google ads, cause they don't match the color of the rest of your page, and also, get rid of some, there's way too many.
And you should also fix some of the bugs in the template, some of the text overlaps on other text.
